If you are not seeing a display when data is expected, you may need to deactivate the pop-up blockers on your browser. (see below)

Internet Explorer (IE)

1. Launch Internet Explorer.
2. Click on the "Tools" drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down, click "Pop-up Blocker" and choose "Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker."
4. Turn off pop-ups for specific sites by completing steps 1 and 2. Then, instead of choosing to turn off pop-ups, choose "Pop-Up Blocker Settings." Add sites to block or remove sites from the list that are being blocked.

Firefox

1. Go to the Tools menu and click on "Options"
2. Click on "Content"
3. To disable all popups:
   • Uncheck the "Block pop-up windows" box.
4. To disable popups on just one site:
   • Click on "Exceptions"
   • Enter the URL of the site for which you would like to allow popups
   • Close the window
5. Click "Ok"

iPad Safari

1. Open the "Settings" menu on your Home screen.
2. Tap the "Safari" tab on the Settings page. The Safari preferences screen loads.
3. Scroll down the page to the "Security" section.
4. Slide the "Block Pop-Ups" switch to the "Off" position.
5. Press the "Home" button to return to your Home screen.

Safari Mac

1. Open up your Safari Web browser.
2. Go to the Safari menu and choose 'Preferences' from the list of choices.
3. Click on the Security heading.
4. Check the box marked 'Block pop-up windows' if you would like Safari to block all popups. Safari will then ask if you would really like to change the setting.
5. Click on the 'OK' button in order to change the setting.
6. Click on the box again, so it does not have a check mark, if you want Safari to allow popup windows.
7. Close the Preferences windows after you are done changing settings.
8. Shut down and restart Safari.
9. Go to the Safari menu and choose the option 'Block Pop-Up windows' from the pull down menu. A check mark should appear the next time you open up the Safari menu.
10. Click on the button again in order to disable the Block Pop-Up Windows function. The check mark will then disappear.
11. Enable or disable the Block Pop-Up windows function as you see fit.
